With Mixed Emotion

Have you ever looked forward to something so much and at the same time dreaded it?? I have committed to attend my 35 year high school class reunion. Yes, I said 35. That means that I graduated from high school in 1975. That was a long time ago and yet it seems like it was only yesterday. Where does the time go?

What will I find at the reunion? Will everyone be different? Will they think I am different? Will I recognize anyone? Will they recognize me? Wow, I feel like I did in high school. Each day brought a new uncertainty. Each day brought a new dilemma. Oh well, I survived before and I know I will again. I really am looking forward to be able to catch up with everyone. So ready or not Virden High School class of 1975 here I come from several miles away and with several tales to tell.
