Memories

Well this Mama will be watching her youngest son get married this Sunday afternoon. Don't get me wrong I love his new wife to be but this is my baby. So many emotions have been going through my mind for the last couple of weeks. I wanted to put on the brakes and make time stand still and let me catch up with all that is happening. Impossible I know. I am looking forward to see all that will take place in their lives.

I spent time gathering pictures from his life for a slideshow and relived so many special moments that I plan to take time more often to sit down with Lee and just reminisce. While the kids were home with us, we were so busy with everyday life that we missed taking time to see all the blessings in our everyday lives. Time does go by so fast and if we are not careful we may miss opportunities to make special memories with the ones we love.

Take time to thank God for your children and all the blessings(not burdens) that they bring into your life. Busy times - yes, but it would be so boring without them.
