As you begin your day, I want you to be on the look out for something. Today, I want you to make a conscious effort to recognize God at work in your life. He moves in so many ways on our behalf. If only we were mindful of Him, we might be more apt to notice. But, all too often I think we become numb to His touch. Almost to the point of being desensitized to His presence. Let's decide to change that today.
You see, it is in Him that we live. Acts 17:28 says, "For in Him we live and move and have our being." So, let's not focus on the tasks at hand but instead focus on the hand of the Father who helps us achieve those tasks. Then I love what Job 12:10 has to say, "In His hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind." So, when you feel as though you are drowning, remember He is the source of our breath. So...breathe.
It is my prayer that today you see Him at work in your life. In the great and small things, God is at work. This day, I believe you will see Him. Lovingly and tenderly, you will see Him moving on your behalf. After all, you are His beloved.
